Campus Security responded to Scott Village regarding a controlled substance violation. Omaha Police responded. One student was cited for possession of marijuana, less than 1 ounce, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Three students were referred for disciplinary action. Omaha Police Department confiscated the marijuana and drug paraphernalia. One student and one visitor were banned and barred from campus.
Sunday, April 3
3:34 a.m.
While on patrol of Lot K, Campus Security discovered a controlled substance violation. Omaha Police responded. One visitor was cited for possession of marijuana, less than 1 ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. The visitor was banned and barred from campus.
3:45 p.m.
Student reported theft from the bike rack east of the Criss Library. The theft occurred between 12:15 p.m. and 3:25 p.m.
Saturday, April 2
2:58 a.m.
While on patrol of Lot L, Campus Security discovered an alcohol violation. The alcohol was disposed of. Two students were referred for disciplinary action.
3:31 a.m.
While on patrol of Lot L, Campus Security discovered a controlled substance violation. Omaha Police responded. One visitor was cited for minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, less than 1 ounce, possession of drug paraphernalia and parking in a handicap stall without a handicap permit. Two visitors were cited for minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, less than 1 ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.
