A student reported the theft of personal property from the Milo Bail Student Center. The theft occurred between 4 and 4:30 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 15
9:00 p.m.
Campus Security responded to an alcohol complaint at Scott Village. Investigation discovered an alcohol violation. Omaha Police responded. One UNO student was cited for minor in possession of alcohol. One UNL student was cited for minor in possession of alcohol. One student was referred for disciplinary action. The UNL student was banned and barred from campus.
Sunday, Jan. 16
1:17 a.m.
While on patrol of University Drive South, Campus Security witnessed a vehicle parked illegally along the access road to Lot J. Contact with the driver discovered an alcohol violation. One student was referred for disciplinary action.
2:41 a.m.
While on patrol of University Drive South, Campus Security witnessed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane. Contact with the driver in Lot Q, discovered an alcohol violation. Omaha Police responded. One visitor was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, minor in possession of alcohol and open container. Two visitors were cited for minor in possession of alcohol and open container. One visitor cited for open container.
Monday, Jan. 17
1:59 a.m.
Campus Security responded to a noise complaint at University Village. Investigation discovered an alcohol violation. The alcohol was confiscated. Four students were referred for disciplinary action.
Friday, Jan. 21
2:20 a.m.
While on patrol of Lot J, Campus Security discovered an alcohol violation. The alcohol was disposed of. Three students referred for disciplinary action.
8:20 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 22
2:07 a.m.
While on patrol of University Drive West, Campus Security witnessed a vehicle make an illegal left turn at the 67th and Dodge streets intersection on to University Drive West. Contact with the driver in Lot K, discovered an alcohol violation. Omaha Police responded. The driver, a visitor, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The passenger, a visitor, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.
2:32 a.m.
While on patrol of University Drive South, Campus Security witnessed a vehicle driving with its headlights off. Contact with the driver in Lot J, discovered an alcohol violation. Omaha police responded. One student was arrested for driving under the influence. One student referred for disciplinary action.

2:45 a.m.
While on patrol of University Drive South, Campus Security witnessed a vehicle fail to stop at the stop signs at the Maverick Plaza intersection and the intersection near the University Village clubhouse. Contact with the driver in Lot M, discovered an alcohol violation. Omaha Police responded. One student was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and referred for disciplinary action.

Student reported the theft of personal property from the Milo Bail Student Center computer lab. The theft occurred at 10 a.m.
Sunday, Feb. 6
2:05 a.m.
While on patrol of University Drive South, Campus Security witnessed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane. Contact with the driver near Lot S, discovered an alcohol violation. Omaha Police responded. One student was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended license.
