TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump just predicted to win Texas. Now Trump and Biden are tied with 209 electoral votes.
12:15 a.m.
BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden is predicted to win Rhode Island adding up to 209 electoral votes.
SENATE: Republican Ben Sasse leads with 64.7% leads against Democrat Chris Janicek at 27.7%.
HOUSE: District 1: Republican Jeff Fortenberry ahead with 55.4% compared to Dem Kate Bolz with 41.8%. District 2: Incumbent Don Bacon pulls ahead with 50.4% just behind is Kara Eastman at 46.6%. District 3: Republican Adrian Smith at a stark lead with 78.8%.
BALLOT MEASURES: So far all ballot measures are predicted to pass. Nebraska Amendment 1: Remove Slavery Exception is at 69.6%. Amendment 2: Extend Tax Increment Financing Repayment Period with 61.7%. Initiative 428: Cap Payday Loan Rate at 83.7%. Initiative 429: Allow Racetrack Gaming currently at 65.4%. Initiative 430: Enact Racetrack Gaming Law at 65.3%. Initiative 431: Enact 20% Tax on Gaming is at 69.2%.

FINAL POLLS IN THE NATION HAVE CLOSED IN THE WESTERN ISLANDS OF ALASKA
BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden currently won 16 states and has 205 electoral votes.
TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump is projected to win Florida, totaling 21 states and has 171 electoral votes.
11:00 p.m.
POLLS CLOSED: Polls have now closed in Hawaii.
HOUSE: Democrats are leading with 201 seats and Republicans follow with 177 seats.
SENATE: Currently Democrats have 43 seats and Republicans maintain a lead at 45.
BIDEN PROJECTION: Now Biden has gained New Mexico and leads with 192 electoral votes.
TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump gained Idaho and now has 118 electoral votes.
10:05 p.m.
BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden now wins California, Oregon and Washington. He is predicted to win all of California electoral votes and now has 187 electoral votes.
10:00 p.m.
POLLS CLOSED: Polls have now closed in California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
HOUSE: Currently, District 1 will go to Kate Bolz with 49.4% and Jeff Fortenberry close behind with 48.1%. District 2 will go to Don Bacon with 56.5% and Kara Eastman at 40.7%. District 3 is projected to go to Adrian Smith with a strong lead of 74.5%.
SENATE: Incumbent Ben Sasse is leading with 63.4% directly behind is Chris Janicek at 28.1%.
PROJECTION: Now Trump has 114 electoral votes and Biden has 113 electoral votes.

BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden wins New Hampshire.
TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump wins Louisiana, Utah and most of Nebraska.

SENATE: Republicans gained a seat with Alabama’s Tommy Tuberville.

POLLS CLOSED: Polls have now closed in Iowa, Montana, Nevada and Utah.

SENATE: Democrats gain a seat in the senate with Colorado’s John Hickenlooper, overthrowing Republican incumbent.

BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden won Colorado and currently has 89 electoral votes.
8:15 p.m.
PROJECTION: Biden currently has 80 electoral votes and Trump has 51 electoral votes.

POLLS CLOSED: Polls are now closed in most states including Arizona, Colorado, most of Kansas, Louisiana, the majority of Michigan, Minnesota, most of Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, the majority of North Dakota, eastern counties of South Dakota, western counties of Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump currently has 6 states with 48 electoral votes.
BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden currently has 6 states with 44 electoral votes.

FLORIDA: 91% of the expected votes are in for Florida. Trump leading with 51% and Biden 48%.
7:30 p.m.
SENATE: Currently there are projected to be 39 Democratic seats and 34 Republican seats. 51 seats are needed to be the majority.
BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden projected to win Vermont and Massachusetts.
TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump to win West Virginia with 42 electoral votes.
POLLS CLOSED: Polls are now closed in Arkansas.

BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden to win Maryland.
TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump to win Indiana and now has 37 electoral votes.

BIDEN PROJECTION: Biden to win D.C., New Jersey and Delaware. Biden secured 44 electoral votes.
TRUMP PROJECTION: Trump projected to win Tennessee and Oklahoma with currently 15 electoral votes.

POLLS ARE CLOSED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Polls are closed at Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, and West Virginia. Polls just closed in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, most of New Hamshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Tennessee.

FLORIDA: With 66% of expected votes in, the projection is Biden will win by a tight margin. So far Biden has 50% votes with Trump at 49%.
